Rental Policies
- Check-in: 4 pm, Check-out: 11 am
- 2-night min stay is typical, 1-night min occ available, 3-night min for holidays & Fall Leaf Season
- PETS: Typically not permitted, inquire for exception BEFORE making reservation to avoid up to $75 credit card processing fees for cancellation. Pet fee applies.
- All cabins are non-smoking
- Min age limit for renters: 26 (Bear), 24 (Owl), 22 (White Pine Loft & Cottages)
- Max Occupancy*: Bear (6 total/4 adults max); Owl (6 total/4 adults max); Loft & Cottages (3 total/2 adults max). *Reservations above 4 guests at Bear & Owl or above 2 guests at Loft & Cottages require Host approval. Inquire BEFORE making reservation to avoid up to $75 credit card processing fees for cancellation.
- Payment terms: 50% of rental rate due at reservation, 50% plus $250 security deposit due 30 days before arrival
- NEVER a housekeeping, linen, or booking fee!
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations refunded if canceled 30 days prior to arrival (credit card processing fee may apply)
- If less than 30 days, we will always attempt to find another guest and if successful, will reschedule or refund
- The safety of our guests is a priority. If road or weather conditions at the property are hazardous, we will gladly reschedule or refund your stay.
