Rental Policies
- Check-in: 4 pm, Check-out: 11 am
- 3 night minimum stay for some weekends & holidays
- PETS: Permitted with Host approval in Black Walnut Cottage and Loft at Blue Sky Ranch. Typically not permitted, but exceptions given, in all other cabins.
- All cabins are non-smoking
- Min age limit for renters: 26 (Bear & Owl), 24 (White Pine Loft & Cottages), 21 (Loft at Blue Sky Ranch)
- Max Occupancy: Bear (6 total/4 adults max); Owl (4-5 total/4 adults max); Lofts & Cottages (3 total/ 2 adults max). Exceptions possible, please inquire.
- Payment terms: 50% of rental rate due at reservation, 50% plus $250 security deposit due 30 days before arrival
- No additional housekeeping, linen, or booking fees
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations refunded if canceled 30 days prior to arrival (small credit card processing fee may apply)
- If less than 30 days, we will always attempt to find another guest and if successful, will reschedule or refund
- The safety of our guests is a priority. If road or weather conditions here make arrival or departure hazardous, we will gladly reschedule or refund your stay.
