The Blue Birch Cottage is the perfect choice for couples looking for direct mountain-facing views and new construction with luxury finishes. Inside, you will find white pine walls and ceilings, a soaring cathedral ceiling in the main space & 9 foot ceilings everywhere else. Gourmet kitchen, living room w/fireplace, spa-style bath with free-standing Jacuzzi brand soaking tub, and a bedroom fitted with super soft Egyptian cotton linens. And of course all the amenities are there for you, including high speed WiFi, Roku tv, and more.
Outside, the living space continues with a covered front porch, furnished with authentic log furniture and facing the mountains of Shenandoah Nat’l Park, a private side deck with your own hot tub under the stars (added in Dec 2023), additional seating and Weber propane grill, and a firepit under the stars. Romance, luxury, and mountain views – this property has it all!
Guests need to only bring their clothes, toiletries & groceries as the owners have thought of everything else. Come relax and enjoy the mountains!

- Pets typically not permitted due to guests w/allergies, please inquire
- Minimum age limit for renters: 24
- 2 night min stay/3 night min for holidays
- We try to be flexible on cancellations. Cancellations refunded if canceled 30 days prior to arrival, but if less than 30 days, we will always attempt to find another guest to fill your dates so we can refund your fees.
